Storm Damage – Boynton Beach Office
Storm damage struck this vacant Boynton Beach office and saturated the carpeting as can be seen in the before photo. Moisture detection devices indicated that the subflooring of concrete had absorbed significant water and would need to be dried thoroughly. This would require removing the carpeting. SERVPRO of Boynton Beach technicians could salvage the baseboards and drywall that had wicked water up from the carpeting. In these situations, our technicians would set up commercial air movers, heaters, and dehumidifiers to help dry the subfloor and return air quality and moisture levels to normal. Our technicians can normally provide very acceptable turnaround times which would allow the property owner to put the office back up for rent.
